This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with Kynor Club. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

In case of high demand, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email.


2. Shipping Time

We offer international shipping.

Estimated delivery time:

  • 4 to 7 business days

Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed

  • Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Any applicable taxes, duties, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.


5. Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct.

If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • Your order may be delayed or returned

  • We are not responsible for lost packages

If the order is returned to us, reshipping fees may apply.


6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Kynor Club is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered.

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package:

  • Please contact your local carrier

  • Check with neighbors or your local post office

We may assist, but we do not guarantee refunds or replacements in these cases.


7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders:

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply

  • These charges are determined by your country and are not included in our prices

Kynor Club is not responsible for these additional charges.


8. Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance

  • Postal service interruptions

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier issues


9. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos of the packaging and items

Failure to report within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.


10. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this period, orders may already be processed or shipped and cannot be canceled.
