The following items are not eligible for return:

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

Failure to report within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.

9. Order Issues & Chargebacks

By purchasing from Kynor Club, you agree:

  • To contact us before opening a chargeback or dispute

  • That unauthorized chargebacks may be contested with proof of delivery and policy acceptance

We maintain the right to deny refunds in cases of abuse, fraud, or policy violation.


10. Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this period, orders may already be processed or shipped and cannot be canceled.
